By accessing or purchasing from Pearl Digital Store ("Pearl," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All products sold on Pearl are digital goods (software, templates, files, tools, PDFs, etc.).

• Personal License: You may use purchased products for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw product files.
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered.
• Lifetime Access: Once purchased, you retain access to download links for the version available at time of purchase.
• Updates: Major version updates may or may not be included — each product page specifies update policy.

Products listed as "Free" are provided at no cost and are subject to the same licensing restrictions as paid products. Free downloads may not be redistributed, rebranded, or sold. Attribution is appreciated but not required unless specified per product.

Pearl operates a manual UPI payment verification system. After submitting your payment:

• Your UTR / Transaction ID is required for verification.
• Orders are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
• Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Submitting a false UTR or fraudulent payment proof is strictly prohibited and may result in account bans and legal action.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any product.
• Use products to create competing digital product marketplaces.
• Upload or share download links publicly or in online communities.
• Use products for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to access admin areas or exploit vulnerabilities.

All product content, branding, and website design are the intellectual property of Pearl Digital Store. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our trademarks, logo, or content is prohibited. Third-party assets included in products are governed by their respective licenses.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we virus-scan all uploads via VirusTotal, we make no guarantees regarding software compatibility, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted functionality. Use all software at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pearl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in dispute.

Your use of Pearl is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of India.
